Convert WMA to a VTT caption file

WMA (Windows Media Audio) is the audio format from Windows Media Player and older Windows recording tools. VTT (WebVTT) is the caption format HTML5 video players accept natively. SnailText decodes the WMA using a one-time codec pack, transcribes the speech, and writes a phrase-level VTT, all on your machine.

You get a separate .vtt file ready to reference in an HTML5 player or upload to a streaming platform.
